CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Can you believe it’s been a year already? Taste Buds launched March 13, 2018 and we’ve been having a blast ever since.

This week on Taste Buds, Chef David Kocab of The Black Pig, Chef Matt Mytro of Flour Pasta Company and Flour restaurant, and Jen Picciano will mark our first big milestone with a bit of a party. There’s going to be cake! And we’ll share highlights of our first year, and our favorite moments.

What were your favorite topics, shows, demos and debates of our first year?

This is also the second week of Lent and fish fry season. On Tuesday’s show, we’ll talk about the various methods of cooking, sides, and locations where the Lenten favorite is served. Do you prefer beer battered or breaded? Do you like fries or need pierogis? Do you like your coleslaw creamy or more acidic? Chef Kocab will also demonstrate his fish fry recipe and share his recipe.
