Body found in wooded area sparks investigation in Stark County

PLAIN TWP., OH (WOIO) - Many questions remain as the Stark County Sheriff’s Office investigates a body that was found in a wooded area in Plain Township.
At 2 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to the 3400 block of Columbus Road NE.
Upon arrival, they located the body, later identified as 38-year-old Cassandra Kay Barker, of Louisville.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.
