CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The 2019 St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Sunday, March 17 at 2:04 p.m. starting at East 18th Street and Superior Avenue in downtown Cleveland.
The theme for the 2019 parade is Irish churches of the Diocese of Cleveland.
Approximately 10,000 participants are expected at this year’s parade, which include:
- Cleveland Police Department
- U.S. Army and Navy
- Cleveland Fire Fighters Memorial Pipes & Drums
- St. Ignatius High School Band
- Irish step dancers
- And Cleveland 19 News!
The first St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Cleveland was held in 1842, according to parade officials.
