Wickliffe police said Reba and a second teen left the bowling alley while Noch was paying.

Reba then moved his car from the original parking spot so Noch would have to look for the car.

As Noch was looking for the car, Reba drove towards him to startle him and struck him with the front driver’s side corner of his car.

Noch died the next day at University Hospitals.

Reba will meet with probation officers on Friday and they will then determine a sentencing date.
