CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - It’s time for Taste Buds, Cleveland 19 News’ weekly video podcast discussing all things food!

This week, the trio of Taste Buds is down to two, but Chef Dave Kocab and Jen Picciano will pick up the slack and fill the show with lots of practical ideas for home cooks.

Did you make corned beef over the weekend to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? Chances are, you’ve got plenty left over. But nobody wants the same dinner several days in a row! There’s plenty to do with the delicious excess. On this week’s show we’ll share ideas for the savory shavings and leftovers.

Plus, the two will toss around ideas, other than fish fr, or other seafood, when you need a meatless option (on “Meatless Mondays” or throughout Lent). They’ll demonstrate a mushroom bolognese sauce and discuss their best selling vegetarian option at The Black Pig, and how to make it.
