CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Two men are in custody and another is dead after a stabbing at the Academy Tavern.
Cleveland police responded to the bar around 8:35 p.m. Saturday and found a male victim bleeding at the scene.
The victim was transported to University Hospitals where he was pronounced dead of his injures.
On scene it was learned that the victim and the two arrested males were working in the kitchen of the restaurant and that there was a verbal argument which became physical, spilling outside the building.
During this altercation, 23-year-old Michael Reese, who worked as a cook at the restaurant, was stabbed by two of his coworkers.
The suspects have been identified as 24-year-old Omar Calloway and 27-year-old Jeremy Calloway.
Both men were taken to UH to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries and have since been released.
The incident remains under investigation.
