CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - An endangered missing adult alert has been cancelled for Raymond Smith, 87, of Cleveland.
According to a report from the Office of the Attorney General, Smith walked away from his residence on April 8, midnight.
Smith was reported safe hours later at 7:16 a.m.
He had last been seen on East 147th Street in Cleveland.
He is described as 5-foot-6 inches tall, weighing 142 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
Smith was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, blue jeans, a dark blue jacket and light blue tennis shoes.
Call 911 if you see Smith, he suffers from Dementia and other health conditions and does not have his medication.
