CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The driver who struck several Ohio State Highway Patrol and Newburgh Heights police cruisers during a wild chase appeared in a Cuyahoga County courtroom Tuesday morning.

Imani Edwards pleaded not guilty during her arraignment.

The 23-year-old was indicted on six counts of felonious assault and one count of failure to comply for a chase through parts of Cleveland on March 22.

Edwards did not stop when police attempted to pull her over and told officers that she was on her way to work.

Nobody was injured during the chase.

The judge set bond at $10,000 for Edwards, who appeared via video from the Cuyahoga County jail. Her next court hearing is scheduled for April 23.
