ASHLAND COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - You can run, but you cannot hide.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol released video from the department’s helicopter showing a search for Kyle Billick.

The shirtless, wanted felon was found trying to hide in the dense brush in Ashland County on April 13.

Once the suspect knew he was pinned in by the helicopter, he surrendered.

Billick was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

“How it happened was that officers were called to a disturbance in Cinnamon Lake and he happened to be at that location and took off.”

The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office escorted the fugitive out of the woods and into custody.

He pleaded no contest to the charges, but was found guilty and sentenced to 50 days in jail on April 15.
