Family calls Q Money the 'victim’ in statement released after Cleveland rapper charged with murder in GA

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The family of Qamar Williams, more popularly known in Cleveland as rapper Q Money, is speaking out after the filing of murder charges in Georgia.
The 23-year-old turned himself in on April 18 after a warrant was issued for the fatal shooting of Calvin Chappell.
From the Williams family:
According to the warrant from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, Williams shot Chappell multiple times with a handgun inside a Decatur, Ga. residence on April 15.
Williams’ first court hearing for his felony murder charge in DeKalb County was on April 19. A bond hearing is scheduled for April 29.
