CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Police have issued a warrant for the mother of a 10-year-old boy who is believed to have accidentally shot and killed a 1-year-old in Cleveland.

Investigators with the Cleveland Police Department believe the 10-year-old boy is responsible for the incident because he was in the home at the time of the deadly shooting.
