It’s a cucumber jalapeno margarita for Cinco de Mayo!

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Are you looking for the perfect cucumber jalapeno margarita for Cinco de Mayo?

Here is the recipe from this week’s Cleveland Cooks.

1.5 ounces of high-quality tequila

.5 ounces curacao

4 tablespoons of your preferred margarita mix

4 tablespoons jalapeno-cucumber juice

To make jalapeno-cucumber juice recipe:

Blend 1/4 of a jalapeno pepper, 1/2 of an English cucumber, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1.5 tablespoons of simple syrup in a blender or food processor

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients together and shake until well incorporated. Pour in a 12-ounce glass filled with ice (salted rim optional) and garnish with sliced jalapeno and cucumber
