CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - “Sunny Side Up” is a daily morning talk show that airs on CBS-19 News featuring Wake Up Cleveland’s Neeha Curtis and Julian Glover.

On Wednesday’s edition of “Sunny Side Up," Neeha and Julian will be discussing a report in the Wall Street Journal which suggests that wealthy parents scoring more test time for their children is now commonplace at many high schools.

The rise in the number of students gaining school designations meant for those with learning problems reflects parent legally trying to give their children an edge.

That brings us to the QOTD: Is it fair to give kids extra time?
