Sunny Side Up: Caterers forced to throw leftover food away

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - “Sunny Side Up” is a daily morning talk show that airs on CBS-19 News featuring Wake Up Cleveland’s Neeha Curtis and Julian Glover.

On Wednesday’s edition of “Sunny Side Up," Neeha and Julian will be discussing a Canadian catering company that refuses to let employees take home leftover food.

According to the woman’s social media complaint, the caterers work 10 hours at a time, sometimes into the early morning.

She said it’s hard for starving employees to watch food thrown in the garbage.

That brings us to the QOTD: Is it wasting food or simply a valid safety issue?
