LAKEWOOD, Ohio (WOIO) - The Lakewood based restaurant Yuzu is now closed.

The staff made the big announcement via Facebook Tuesday morning.

According to the post, Yuzu will be replaced by Aji Noodle bar next month.

They made a point to note that the move had nothing to do with the controversy behind their tampon-inspired drinks.

The Cuyahoga County Board of Health ordered the bar to stop serving the drinks in May.

Customers left warm messages to the folks over at Yuzu, it had been an attraction for the past 3 years.

Aji Noodle anticipates an opening in early July.
