CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Major League Baseball fans are sending their thoughts and prayers up for Cleveland Indians’ Tyler Naquin.

The outfielder was carted off the field after making a spectacular catch against the Tampa Bay Rays.

He went down at the top of the 5th inning grabbing his knee in pain.
