CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Officials from the Internal Revenue Service spoke in Cleveland Thursday morning to offer tips to avoid identity theft during the holiday shopping season.

Advice from the IRS comes as tax preparations begin to get underway for the 2020 season.
