Northeast Ohio weather: FIRST ALERT DAY with High Wind Warning Monday

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Easter: Occasional showers, breezy south winds with highs in the mid 60s.

Tonight: Showers and breezy. Lows around 54.

A HIGH WIND WARNING will be in effect through the day Monday. Wind gusts up to 60 MPH expected.

A few storms arrive along a cold front Monday morning. A few of those storms could be strong with damaging winds.

Once the front passes, winds will continue to be strong through the day. This will be a widespread damaging wind event.

Blown down tress, power lines, and power outages are possible.

Lake Erie could see waves 15-20 ft, with shoreline erosion possible.
