Missing man found and returned home

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Division of Police who asked for help finding an adult male that was missing and considered endangered has been returned home safely.
Sergeant Jennifer Ciaccia, the public information officer for the Cleveland Division of Police, reported the man who was considered endangered is back home.
The man was reportedly autistic.
Rishon Howard was missing from 4137 E. 139th St. was last seen at approximately noon today, Saturday, May 16.
