CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Managing stress can be a challenge, even in a coronavirus crisis-free world.
But with the pandemic making daily life more difficult on top of the kids getting back-to-school, experts say mental stress is at an all-time high.
To discuss what parents can do to help support themselves and their children, 19 News spoke to a pediatric mental health expert and Children’s Integrated Center for Success Founder Amy Edgar.
