CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - One of nature’s great phenomenas, back on Lake Erie’s southern shores.

The Monarch butterflies have made landfall at Wendy Park on Cleveland’s near West Side.

They come from Canada.

Every year they stop to rest after making the long flight across Lake Erie.

But, they will only be here for a few days, before continuing their journey to Mexico.
