Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Schools announces COVID-19 positive employee
The start of the school year is already proving that it is not going to be easy to avoid COVID-19 in the classroom. Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Schools announced a positive case in their school system Wednesday.

LOUDONVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) - Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Schools announced Wednesday that one of their staff members tested postivie for COVID-19.

The statement said the school was contacted by the Ashland County Health Department, who will help conduct contact tracing.

The school will not name the employee, due to HIPPA laws.

Students started the 2020-2021 school year on Sept. 8.
