UPDATE: Heights Hillcrest Communications Center said the 911 issue was resolved as of 10:40 a.m. Sunday.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Heights Hillcrest Communications Center announced Saturday evening that there is a 911 issue in Cuyahoga County.

A Facebook post said AT&T is experiencing issues with the 911 trunks.

The post said callers should reach out to 216-658-8051, which is the non-emergency phone number, if they can not get through to 911.

19 News will update you when the problem is fixed.

AT&T is again reporting issues with their 911 trunks effecting Cuyahoga County, this is causing some 911 calls not to go...
