CLEVELAND (WOIO) - The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning until 9:45 a.m. for Cuyahoga County and until 10:15 a.m. for north Geauga and Lake Counties.

A flood advisory is in effect until 10:30 a.m. for Ashtabula County.

Storms produced between one to two inches of rain early Wednesday morning.

Roads across the area are flooded and there are multiple accidents on the highways.

The I-90 eastbound ramp to the Innerbelt is closed.

Martin Luther King Junior Drive southbound is closed just south of I-90.

The heavy rain also impacted RTA service.

FirstEnergy is reporting power outages in Northeast Ohio.
