CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cuyahoga County Court judges voted to suspend jury trials until Dec. 1 due to the county’s rise in COVID-19 cases Monday.

According to a press release from the courts, the Judges will re-evaluate the community’s infection rates on that Dec. 1st date.

Juror summons will continue to be sent. Any juror scheduled to report should call the number on their summons the evening before their report date to determine the status of the trial.
