Man murdered on Cleveland’s East Side, shooter may have been on bicycle

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Police are looking for the gunman who shot and killed a 32-year-old man on the city’s East side Sunday evening.

Malcolm Foster was shot in the 4000 block of Quincy Avenue around 7:15 p.m.

Witnesses told police the shooter may have been on a bicycle.

When officers arrived, Foster was found lying on the ground.

EMS transported him to MetroHealth Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Witnesses also told police Foster was seen running from a group of men when he was shot and he may have fired back at the group.
