CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - This was our last really chilly afternoon before a nice end-of-the-week warm-up.
Under mostly clear skies, temperatures will fall into the low and mid 30s by tomorrow morning.
Winds will begin to pick up late tonight, and they will get even stronger on Thursday.
Due to the threat of strong winds, the National Weather Service has issued a *WIND ADVISORY* for Cleveland, Medina, and all areas to the west.
Please secure any light, loose outdoor objects or decorations on your property.
Strong winds can cause power outages, as we saw on Sunday.
Have a backup plan in case you lose power.
If you’re working from home tomorrow and will be working on the computer, press save often.
Winds will die down Friday, although it will still be a little breezy.
Temperature-wise, these strong southerly winds will help us warm up at least.
Expect highs around 60 degrees on Thursday afternoon.
Highs will top out in the upper 50s on Friday, too.
If you’re planning ahead for the weekend, plan for dry weather on Saturday and highs around 50 degrees.
Rain will return on Sunday, as highs climb back into the upper 50s.
