Lorain Police welcomes 3-year-old K9 to the team

LORAIN, Ohio (WOIO) - The Lorain Police Department welcomed Riggs, 3, a new K9 to the team Saturday, they announced in a Facebook post today.

They said Riggs is a German Shepherd and just completed his training.

“Officer Jim Ventura brings the high level of intelligence and drive that the LPD K9 team is known for,” the police department said. “Waive if you see them! Welcome to the team.”
