Highland Heights Police search for suspect seen trying to break into car just hours into the New Year

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - Do you recognize this suspect?

Highland Heights Police said a resident witnessed this male trying to break into his car in the early morning hours of Jan. 1.

The resident called out to the suspect before he ran off, police said.

Police said their department got the following photos of the suspect from a neighbor’s RING doorbell camera:
