AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) - Police are looking for two men accused of invading an Akron home in broad daylight.

A 24-year-old woman was at home when two men came knocking on the door, according to a release from Akron police.

After opening the door, one of the men asked her if her husband was home. She said no.

The victim tried to shut the door after being questioned about a husband, but the suspects forced their way in, police said.

One of the men pulled out a handgun and began demanding items within the home, police said.

He also threatened everyone in the home, according to a release.

The suspects stole money and a gaming system before running away.

Police said the crime occurred just before 3 p.m. on Thursday in the 900 block of Springdale St.

The suspect with a gun was described to police as 20-24 years old with a height ranging between 6′ and 6′2″.

His weight is between 175 and 185 pounds. He wore a black Nike hoodie and jeans, police said.

The second suspect was described to police as 20-24 years old with a height ranging between 5′8″ and 5′9″.

His weight is between 155 and 165 pounds. He wore a tan hoodie and sweatpants, police said.
