CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland police are asking for the public’s help identifying suspects in a breaking and entering at a gas station on Saturday.

The suspects broke into the Marathon in the 2400 block of Brookpart Road after removing the electric meter to bypass the alarm, according to a Second District Community Relations Committee Facebook page post.

The suspects took cash, a check book, and lottery tickets from the safe.

They also vandalized the station’s ATM and coin machine.

Police say one suspect was caught on camera just before the power was cut.

Police are asking those with information to contact Detective Murphy at 216-623-5217 or Crime Stoppers at 216-252-7463.
