CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland police department’s bomb squad responded to an apartment complex downtown Wednesday morning after an explosive device was found.
According to officials, the device was found inside a Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) apartment in the 2700 block of Division Avenue.
The incident began just before 10 a.m.
There are no evacuations and no reported injuries.
