Northeast Ohio weather: Easter warm-up on the way followed by unsettled pattern next week

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - After temperatures warmed into the upper 50s Saturday, clouds slowly clear out through the evening. Temperatures will be more mild overnight thanks to clearing skies and breezy south winds 15-20 mph.

Easter will bring temperatures in the 60s with sunshine.

We stay dry for the Home Opener Monday, with many areas soaring into the low 70s before a lake breeze kicks in. Temperatures when the game starts will be around 60 degrees.

Rain returns by Tuesday and we keep the chance for showers in the forecast through the rest of the week.

A few rumbles of thunder can’t be ruled out as we head into the second half of Tuesday.

Despite dodging showers, temperatures will remain in the 70s through the week before a round of cooler air arrives for next weekend.
