Another record-breaking warm day reported for Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - As of noon Thursday, Cleveland Hopkins Airport has reached 82 degrees, shattering the old record high of 80 degrees set back in 2001.

Akron also broke their old record of 80 degrees this afternoon, climbing to 81 degrees just after one o’clock.

Many areas across Northeast Ohio are expected to break their high temperature records once again today.
