Snowy conditions leave Northeast Ohio residents, schools without power (live blog)

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Winter-like conditions triggered power outages Wednesday morning across Northeast Ohio.

Parma Park Elementary School is closed today due to power loss.

Mentor Schools are closed due to fallen power lines.

The FirstEnergy outage map shows over 15,000 customers without power as of 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Power is estimated to return by mid-morning for most impacted customers, according to the map.

Tree damage triggered outages in Mansfield, the map said. However, most customers will find the cause of their local outage remains under investigation.
