Dispatcher helps Stark County parents deliver baby during emergency call (audio)

STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A Stark County family welcomed their newborn to the world this month with the help of a dispatcher.
Dispatcher Justin Leasure is being honored for talking the parents through delivery during an emergency call, according to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office has released the audio clip showcasing Leasure’s training and experience as well as the baby’s first cry.
According to the sheriff’s office, the baby was born on the morning of April 1, just five minutes after Dispatcher Leasure answered the call.
