Euclid 2-year-old shoots himself, dies: Police

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Euclid 2-year-old is dead after shooting himself, according to investigators.
Euclid Police Cpt. Mitch Houser says the shooting happened shortly after midnight at a home in the 800 block of E. 236th Street on May 5.
Houser says officers on the scene determined the child found an unsecured handgun inside the home and fired it, shooting himself.
The child, identified as Legend Davidson, died after being transported to Euclid Hospital.
Houser confirms no arrests have been made.
