CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Court records show two men are charged in connection with a shooting that killed one teen and hurt another.

The shooting happened Sept. 17 near St. Clair Avenue and Rondel Road in the city’s Collinwood-Nottingham neighborhood.

Court records indicate that Monte Singletary, 20, and Deon Williams, 20, are charged in the drive-by shooting.

Both were arraigned Wednesday on charges including aggravated murder and felonious assault.

The men are being held on $1 million bond. They are due back in Cuyahoga County court on Oct. 10.
