Cleveland, OH (WOIO) - Dan Gilbert and his partners showed The Plain Dealer Editorial Board what a casino in downtown Cleveland will look like, if voters vote YES on Issue 3 in November.

According to the Plain Dealer the Cleveland Cavaliers owner showed up at the Thursday's newspaper meeting with several supporters including Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson and City Council President Martin J. Sweeney.

The $600 million downtown Cleveland would be built in the Flats across from Gilbert's Quicken Loans Arena.

Plans call for it to have both live and electronic games, restaurants and concert venues.
