CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Brady Quinn has been sacked by the NFL.

The league slapped the QB with a fine after his illegal hit on Ravens player Terrell Suggs during the Monday night game. Quinn took Suggs out by his knees after he was picked off by Chris Carr. Quinn insisted he was going for the ball carrier and had no intention of hurting Suggs.

19 Action News learned about the fine during Coach Mangini's Wednesday morning news conference.

No word on how much green Quinn will have to cough up for his MNF chop block.

So what you do think? Should Quinn have been fined? Was it an intentional illegal hit or just hard-nosed playing on Quinn's part? Sound off below!
