CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The man accused in the fatal shooting of a downtown parking lot attendant remains free on an impressive $1M dollar bond.
Matthew Warmus is charged with murdering parking lot attendant David Williams before a Cavs game in April. The two were arguing over a parking spot.
Warmus is under house arrest, but the phone line accidentally got cut last week. The judge promptly revoked bond and set him back to jail. He had a hearing last Friday where the judge let him back out on bond.
Prosecutors requested a hearing today in case they had additional evidence of him violating his bond conditions.
Warmus's trial is set for August 25th.
