Cleveland City worker busted with crack

Cleveland Police say on Friday, July 1st around 5:45 p.m., Fifth District cops stopped 64-year-old James Ruffin of East Cleveland at E. 124 and Osceola Avenue for traffic violations.

During the traffic stop he was found to in possession of suspected crack cocaine. Ruffin was placed under arrest for Violation of State Drug Law and the traffic offenses.

James Ruffin is hired through an agency to work in the City's vacant properties cleaning and cutting program.
