Akron restaurant has third break-in in 30 days

AKRON, OH (WOIO) - Akron police say a restaurant has been broken into three times, in less than 30 days.

The owner of Dilly's restaurant at 1921 Triplett Boulevard says the latest incident occurred just after midnight Monday.

The suspect forced open an eastside window and entered the building. Nothing appears to have been taken.

Police say the suspect was seen on surveillance wearing a baseball hat, flannel shirt and jeans. He appears to be between the ages of 25 and 50, 5'08"-6'0", 150-180 pounds.
