Hearing for corrections officer who confessed to wife's grisly murder

ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) - A preliminary hearing is slated for the Lorain County corrections officer accused of killing his wife.

The vicious murder happened last Thursday at the couple's Grafton Township home.

42-year-old William Dembie confessed to stabbing his wife, Holly, to death.

William called 9-1-1 and told dispatchers he had beheaded her.

When deputies responded, Holly's body was found behind the house, but she was not beheaded.
