Local agency worker charged in sex investigation September 28, 2011 at 1:00 AM EDT - Updated June 25 at 1:44 PM 19 Action News has learned of a growing child sex investigation, one targets a man who works for an agency meant to "help" his neighborhood. Most folks walk in Cudell Improvement for help. The agency assists a lot of people on the city's west side. It even gets tax dollars to do it. Now 19 Acton News has learned an employee, Michael Wise, might be a big-time pervert. Wise, who lives around the corner from his workplace, enters data into a computer about neighborhood housing code violations and such. Cuyahoga county prosecutors just indicted him on a series of charges, all related to the rape of a 12 year old boy, but it may not end here. Investigators say after the arrest they were surprised to find a teenage boy at his home. Wise has been suspended without pay until the charges are resolved. If you know about something else with this guy call the Cleveland Police Sex Crimes Unit. Those detectives are still investigating. Copyright 2011 WOIO. All rights reserved.
