Two shot after argument in apartment

Two people were shot after a fight broke out at an apartment at 7700 Woodland Avenue Friday night around 11:35 p.m.

Police say an argument started and a male, later identified as Tyrone Robinson, 22 of Cleveland, pulled out a gun and tried to shoot into the floor.

The weapon didn't discharge and several people left the apartment.

Twandell Harvey, a 20-year-old male from Cleveland continued to argue with Robinson and he pulled the gun out again.

Harvey ran and Robinson shot him in the buttocks.  He fell down and Robinson shot him 2 more times in the left elbow and grazed his head.

Ramon Ogletree, 21 then turned to run and was shot in the back.

Both victims were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment.  

A short time later officers observed a male walking nearby matching a description provided by witnesses.  Robinson was placed under arrest for Felonious Assault after being identified and transported to jail.
