Cavs Rookie Says He Needs Coach's Tough Love

Cleveland (WOIO) - Two days after being pulled from a preseason game because he lacked focus, Cavaliers rookie guard Dion Waiters said he agreed with head coach Byron Scott's move.

"I definitely need that", Waiters said following Thursday's practice.  "I need to stay focused, and take full blame for that.  I have all the people around me to make me a better player."

Scott said he pushed the fourth-overall pick in June's NBA Draft because he sees "greatness" in him.

The Cavaliers will take on the Chicago Bulls in Champaign, IL on Friday, their fourth preseason game.
