GHOST FACE: Serial bank robber on the loose

The saying goes a picture can paint a thousand words, or in the case of the latest Cleveland serial bank robber there don't seem to be words for pictures of a man who paints himself.

"He's walking into the banks, He's standing in line just like a normal customer but he has some white substance on his face.  It's been on his face and on his jacket," said FBI Special Agent Vicki Anderson.

Sometimes the man only partially pants his face white.  In other robberies he'll paint up his entire face.

"We are concerned he could be violent.  He is presenting a note to the teller but it has indicated that he may have a weapon on him," according to Anderson.

So far he's hit five banks in the Cleveland area, mostly on the eastside.

Among them the Dollar Bank on Warrensville Road, the Ohio Savings Bank on Lee, and his latest, Thursday afternoon, the Key Bank on East 185th.

"Last time we put out information about a serial bank robber, down in the Akron territory, it was within a day that we got information and were able to get him so were hoping that's the case here," said Anderson.

As usual the FBI is offering a reward for information that brings this guy in.
