(WOIO) - A winter storm watch issued for most of Northeast Ohio from Friday evening through Saturday afternoon.
There will still be some lake effect snow showers around tonight. The best threat will shift into the primary snowbelt east of Cleveland where another trace-2" of snow is in our forecast.
Other areas will see breaks in the clouds and that will lead to temperatures dropping below zero. The wind is really going to increase out of the south on Friday.
The next system will be approaching. Snow develops Friday night and that will give all areas at least a few inches of snow.
The wind will continue to be an issue as the snow will blow around easily. Snow showers and blowing snow are in the forecast Saturday.
