Youngstown Mayor John A. McNally and others indicted on corruption charges

YOUNGSTOWN, OH (WOIO) - A Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Youngstown Mayor John McNally and Mahoning County Auditor Michael Sciortino on a first-degree felony charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity in connection with the purchase of Oakhill Renaissance Place.
The indictment came down on Wednesday, according to Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine.
Attorney Martin Yavorcik, also out of Youngstown, was indicted as well. He's accused of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
All three will be arraigned Thursday, May 29 at 8:30 a.m. in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
